A1 – Project Management

The activities of this WP include all project management, coordination and monitoring actions. This work package also includes activities related to budget control and accountability.

YOU DANCE’s management team will oversee all the aspects of the project’s execution to ensure that for all the 12 months of its implementation the budget is properly allocated and that costs are minimized. Duties and accountabilities have been allocated to consortium partners based on their specific skills, experience & knowledge, in order to avoid any unnecessary delays or waste of resources during implementation. The workload has been carefully shared among all partners in order to prevent any imbalances that could lead to delays, or hinder the achievement of key project outcomes & results.

The Italian lead partner will be in charge of executing all PM duties, and will be supported by Ipazia (Romania) to create an efficient and straightforward management system to guarantee that each project result will meet the specified requirements. Ipazia will provide also a concrete aid in all Quality-related matters.
